iRest Institute Updates

Dear iRest Institute Community,

As we approach the end of the year, I want to share some exciting developments and invite you to play a crucial role in our journey here with the teachings and offerings that we’re bringing to the world.

Exciting News!

We’re thrilled to see a resurgence around the world for our in-person trainings, workshops, immersions, retreats, and other offerings, complementing our successful online offerings.

Our commitment to research continues to grow, with promising studies underway that highlight the effectiveness of the iRest Program. Recently, we completed a successful study in Australia focused on women facing chronic pelvic pain, and I’m currently collaborating with Cure4theKids.org in Las Vegas, exploring how iRest can reduce burnout and enhance resilience among healthcare staff.

Our partnership with Cybermindz is also ongoing, aimed at supporting cyber workers in managing their stress and enhancing their resilience and well-being.

In addition, we’ve transformed the Institute into a lean, agile organization, allowing us to respond swiftly to the needs of our community. We’ve transitioned to a for-profit model while aligning with the non-profit Inner North Star PTSD Retreat Center, enabling iRest Institute to accept tax-deductible donations for scholarships and specialized programs benefiting underserved populations.

Challenges We Face

Like many organizations, we faced significant financial hurdles during the pandemic, depleting our reserves and leading to unavoidable liabilities. While we are on the path to recovery, having paid off much of this debt, we need your support to continue our mission.

As we expand our reach to serve new populations—clinicians, first responders, and others who can benefit from iRest—we ask for your help. Will you contribute $100, $500, $1,000, or any amount you can give? Your contributions will directly enable us to continue bringing our transformative resources to those in need.

How You Can Help

We offer two options for giving:

  1. Tax-Deductible Donations: Fund scholarships and programs for underserved individuals. These donations are restricted to scholarships and specialized programs only and will be collected by Inner North Star PTSD Retreat Center, then distributed to iRest Institute. Click here to donate.
  2. Non-Tax-Deductible Gifts: Support our growth into the mental and physical health sectors and enhance our offerings. These are non-restricted contributions that can be used for our general fund. You can receive a free gift from iRest as a thank you for your contribution. Click here to see your free gift options & contribute.

We hope you will reflect on the impact iRest has had on your life and consider giving back. Your heartfelt gift will help us continue to provide the high-quality services that define the iRest Institute. Thank you for your unwavering support.

With gratitude and love,

Richard Miller
