Collection: Workshops & Immersions

iRest Workshops are your opportunity to be introduced to the practices of iRest for your personal use. Expect to learn the 10 Steps of iRest during the course of a few hours through didactic, engaged discussion, and guided iRest Meditation practices. Workshops may be geared toward a particular theme related to the practice of iRest Meditation.

iRest Immersions are more in-depth workshops geared towards those who would like a 2-3 day, non-residential event to learn the practices of iRest, in a highly experiential setting. At Immersions you'll be guided by seasoned staff who will help you understand the basics, and develop a personal practice of iRest.
