iRest Free Teacher Community Sessions ONLINE

This free livestream series is designed for all iRest teachers to gather in community and offers an opportunity to learn from an iRest trainer, ask specific questions, enjoy group discussion, and experience meditation. 

Meet once per month live online to: 

• Stay engaged and receive continued support and guidance
• Be part of a dedicated teacher community 
• Continue to learn and to hone your teaching skills
• Meet regularly with a trainer as challenges and questions come up in your teaching

You can also look forward to receiving:

• A short presentation of a topic relevant to teaching iRest 
• Plenty of time for Q&A and discussion
• A short, guided iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation

While all iRest teachers are welcome to attend for free, the session recordings will only be made available to Teachers Community Network (TCN) members. If you’d like to learn more about our TCN and join, please click here.

One of our senior iRest Trainer will be present to lead these sessions.
